Under the World Bank’s Small Grants Program, CGN-P is implementing a water conservation program in rural areas (Sihala and Nilore) of Islamabad Capital Territory. The program intends to create awareness among school children and their family members to improve the quality, efficiency and accountability with which water is supplied.
The water conservation program is an important element of the Family Literacy Program which is being implemented by CGN-P to enhance and develop the potential of non literate adults by providing high quality education skills.
